Dixieland At Co. Park

• COURT HOUSE - The County Park is featuring Dixieland music in the form of the Doctors of Rhythm, 2 p.m. Sundav, Sept. 12. The Doctors of Rhythm, a South Jersey band, were formed four years ago by Dr. David DiGiambcrardino, the band leader and trumpet player. When the band originally started, there were few bands playing Dixieland music in South Jersey, and the

group wanted to keep the bouncy rhythms from New Orleans alive. Each member of the group has over 30 years of musical experience behind him. DiGiamberardino himself is a 16-year director of the Bonsai Blues Marching and Concert Band, which represents Legion Post 133 of Wood bury. He is also a member of the Hdl David Orchestra, which is made up of Bonsai Blues members.
