Ed Rosenberg, Democratic candidate for county clerk, says that he considers a change in leadership to be the key to greater efficiency in the clerk's office. “Any system can be made to operate more efficiently. The county clerk’s office is no exception. However, when there is no change in leadership over a long period of time, as has been true in Cape May County, there is a tendency toward stagnation and routine. This lowers the efficiency ofithe system. In the case ofvour clerk's office, inefficrency cannot be alldwed to exist because of it’s ever growing work load. Therefore, a change in its administratiori is necessary. 'T am convinced that I can effect many positive changes in the present policies and procedures governing the clerk’s office."
