Dorothy wore her ”Polish Princess" T-shirt & your scribe presented her with a Hawaiian autumn flower lei created by Marie Falcey and Ceil of Marie’s Flower Shoppe. To keep the beat with the Billy Jack trio, Dorothy distributed "Polish Clackers," a rainbow-hued arrangement of wooden hammers, bells & miniature cymbals. These are hand made in Reading. Af if that weren't enough, Lecpy passed out batons covlred .with 20 belfc. Even the sea gulls retreated towards Cape May as the wild cacophony of sounds roared seaward drowning out the ancient music of the sea. Chef George Abbott provided his usual lavish buffet. THE URIE clan will fete their small army of over 200 employees on October 10th with the last major party of the season. Urie’s is among the island businesses who set reedrds this season. They will keep their Reef & Beef restaurant & Pegleg Parrot Lounge open all winter.

Mountains of perfectly herbed and seasoned Italian foods and dancing under colorful lanterns climaxed an unforgettable party. And guess whatj They all had so much fun they rented most of the Thunderbird Inn for another Indian Summer bash last weekend.
