Q. 1 AM BLIND and moved here from Florida a year ago. I have not been able to be too active in the community, but I am kept up-to-date by recordings for Jthe blind and .other taped messages for the blind. Currently, however, I have a problem. My tape machine is. not working and, because it is specially designed, I have not been able to get a new one; and I do not know where to go to get this one repaired or to get assistance to help me pay for it. I really don’t know where to go. Can you help me? B.
