COURT HOUSE - John McVey, principal of Middle Township High School, has announced that Peter Freese has qualified as a semi-finalist in the National Merit Scholarship Program. Freese has been named as a result of his high scores on the 1981 Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test/National Meett Scholarship Qualifying Test. Of over one million students who took the test nationwide, Freese is one of 15,000 semifinalists.
