Now that summer is over the mayor and council have been receiving calls about dogs, running loose throughout^jeborough. The Avalon dog ordinance profits dogs running unleashed and uncurbed. The police will be wat ching for loose dogs and will enforce (he ordinance^ whenever necessary.
