Scout Honored SEA ISLE CITY - Christopher Peter Dever has been honored by the City Board of Commissioner here for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout. Dever, a member of Sea Isle City Troop 76, was recognized by.the Commissioners in a special City resolution citing his leadership and achievement. MayorRaffa Gets Award SEA ISLE CJTY - Mayor Dominic C. Raffa wa^s honored in Philadelphia recently by The Italian-American Press for "Remarkable Distinction in Public Office." The award, presented by Philadelphia President Judge Edward Bradley, is given annually to a public official. The awards banquet was held at Palumbo's Restaurant in Philadelphia, and was attended by more than 400 business and civic leaders from throughout the Delaware •Valley area. Mayor Raffa has served as a member of The Sea Isle City Board of Commissioners, and as Mayor for nearly 20 years.
