COURT HOUSE - Authorities in Cape May County are interested in contacting the person who. called the Atlantic Coonty Crimestoppcrs program recently about the Junew. murder of Patricia Ann Thompson under the Fun Pier in Wildwood. Reportedly, the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office would like to ques-

tion the individual who calledjn the information about a month ago. The call will be handled through the Middle Township Crimestoppcrs, whose telephone number is 465-2800. Thompson's nude body was found on the beach under Fun Pier June 1. The victim had been strangled and suffered a broken nose.

Middle Township Crimestoppcrs — the only such organization in Cape May county — has been in operation since February. Through the program anonymity is guaranteed those* supplying law enforcemem officials with information about crimes. Cash rewards are paid for information actually used in the solving of a crime.
