Places In Contest WILDWOOD CREST - Eight-year-old Brandi Anne Ratigan of this conimuriity placed third runner-up in the Miss Petite Dance Competition on Nov.JP at the Rickshaw Inn, CMjry HiH. The contest was sponsored by the Danqe Masters bf America Inc., Pennsylvania Chapter 25. • Participants ranged in age from eight to eleven, and came from Pennsylvania, New .Jersey and Delware Ratigan is a third grade student at Lady Star of the Sea in Cape May. She studies ballet, tap, and jazz, is a member of the Apprentice Performing Troupe at the Joanne Reagan . Dance Studios in Cold Spring, and will appear in the upcoming Cape Performing Arts Guild production of A Christmas Carol.
