There are some hot guitar solos and charming vocals from Todd Rundgren to win over listeners ~ but the other guys in Utopia will keep people enthralled. A really nice record that would make a good Christmas gift for any
rock fan.
Country music fans were deprived of a great talent when Gram Prsons met his
untimely death. As a member of The Byrds and n and blues fans won’t want leading his own group — to be without it. We'll be
who cherished his music. A musician as soulful as Gram Parsons should appeal to more than just cpuntry fans. Whatever you do. don't miss this record and please search out his other recordings. These sides are still as emotional and moving as when they were first issued. This platter is part of the Chess reissue series
which featured the up-and-coming Emmylou Harris — Parsons was a natural, Hank Williams-styled
vocalist.

His rural blues was a joy to listen to and this holds up as one of his better releases- Hopkfns’ music was simple, warm, and full
of feeling.
