Decorating With Greens CAPE MAY - Elizabeth Lamson will present a demonstration on decorating for Christmas with’ natural greens at theCape May County Art Leagpe on Washington Sf:, 8 p.m. Dec. l. Mrs. Lamson will use pine, cedar, holly, laurel, and other natural material to {Create* indoor and outdoor arrangements, and" will discuss the advantages of using various greens. She will also create both wet and dry arrangements, pine cone baskets and grapevine wreaths and baskets. A retired State Dept, of Education employee, Mrs. Lamson became interested in decorating as a hobby when she and her late husband started a small Christmas tree farm on 23 acres in Tumersville. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Rutgers University he taught vocational agriculfUre for several years to returning war veterans. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Cape May County Board of Agriculture for over 50 years. . The 80 year old retired agriculturist has been active in church affairs since 1913 And for years has taught Sunday School at the Green Creek Methodist Church.
