PHILADELPHIA - William J Dlller Jr of Avalon has been recogniz- ■ ed for his support of the I-'inkenau Hospital and his leadership in the Lankendu Medical Research Center of Philadelphia. At a recent luncheon held ' in his honor, Dlller was presented a plaque in appreciation of his /le4ication and service. The award was presented by David M. Capuzzi, M.D., Ph D., Chairman of Research, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Center. I>ankenau Hospital President Ralph K v Moriarty hosted the ceremony that was attend ed hy a large group of scientists, physicians, trustees, and staff members Diller’s associatioan with l^ankenau began in Sept 1975 when he was appointed to serve on the Research Center’s Research Review Committee. The II member committee reviews all research activities performed by. the Center and the Lankenau Hospital medical staff that involves human subjects. The Avalon resident serves as 'the non-scientist member of the Committee representing the outside community.
