Fox announced the recent selection of Correctional Officer Glenn Douglass of Lower Township as employee of the month for November at thp County Correctional Center. Douglass is r a life-long resident of the county. He is a 1977 graduate of Lower Township High School. Douglass is an active member of P.B.A. local 59 of Wildwood, and also serves as a Special Officer with the Lower Township Police Department. Douglass resides in Lower Township with his wife, Brenda, and son, Daniel. He has been employed by the Sheriff’s Department since August, 1981.

ACS Needs Study Help RIO GRANDE - Recently. the Cape May County Unit of the American Cancer Society asked volunteers to distribute questionnaires for its new “Cancer Prevention Study II", the study of lifestyles and environment in relation to dancer. The county goal was to have 1,000 completed questionnaires to' be computerized for this study, bui the response was not expectation. .The unit isfsoo short of the goal.
