THE WOMEN'S Community Club of Cape May will bold its first Board Meeting for 1983 1:30 P.M Jan. 6 (Thursday) at the episcopal Church of the Advent, Washington and Franklin Streets in the Parish Hall. This is a temporary move and the Women s Community Club will be housed again at the Welcome Center in March of 1983. • • • »• . Boro Saves $90,000 On Insurance

AVALON — The Borough of Avalon sqyed $90,000 in two years on its insurance premiums, according to Andrew Bednarek, borough administrator. “The credit belongs to Richard Light, our Risk Manager and Insurance Consultant. He has instituted several new programs as well as upgraded** other,” Bednarek stated. LIGHT HAS upgraded "inventory control" and "vehicle maintenance’’ programs that have hided the savings. He also set up the surplus sales for the two years that netted $45,000 according to Bednarek. Proposals for the 1983 in-
