AVALON At its regular monthly meeting of the Borough Council unanimously voted down a resolution to increase the beach fees for 1983 This ends the reciprocal arrangement between Stone Harbor and Avalon, since Stone Harbor has raised its fees for 1983. The resolution proposed to provide a summer beach area for dogs was also defeated in a l to 4 vote with Council President James Busha casting the only "yea" vote. IN REPORTS ,to the public. Counciiwoman Grace Keen announced that she and Counciiwoman Jeannette Glazier attended the County League of Municipalities Meeting where the completion of Route 55 was discussed. She would like to receive

public opinion on the subject of Route 55 as a toll road. Andrew Bednarek, Borough Administrator reported that 11 of 14 local realtors attended a meeting with the council. Police Chief Joseph Foley. Borough Attorney Bob Finebert and himself on the problem of noise by renters in the summer.
