Receiving contribution is Jean Gleason, vice president of Sunshine Club, which is dedicated to granting last wishes to terminally ill children.
Academy Honor Rolls Announced
N CAPE MAY - The faculty and administration of Heritage Christian Academy announced that eight students have been listed on the High Honor Roll and 22 students on the Honor Roll for the second marking period. To be listed on the High Honor Roll, a student must maintain an A in all major subject areas, and to be listed on the Honor Roll, a student must earn an A or B in all major subject areas. Secretaries Discuss PLS VILLAS — The County I/egfi1 Secretaries Association will hold its February meeting 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 15, at the Pirates Den. Bayshbre Road. The program for the evening will be on the Professional Legal Secretary certification (PLS) to be presented by the New Jersey Association of Legal Secretaries PLS Chairman, Barbara M. Sena, PLS, and Corinne A. Sena, PLS. THE EXAMINATION is given twice each year in March and October by the National Association of Legal Secretaries through the cooperation of colleges and universities. Anyone interested in obtaining additional information or attending the meeting, should contact Bettt Ann Thornton at 522-0511 on or before Friday, Feb. 11.

Linda Tumier Out of Basic COURT HOUSE - Airman Linda M Tumier, daughter of Walter G. and Barbara A. Tumier of 3 Heritage Dr., has completed Air- Force basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, Tex. The airman, who is remaining at Lackland for specialized training in the security police field, is a 1982 graduate of Middle Township High School, studied the Air Force mission, organization and customs and received special instruction in human relations. Completion of this train ing earned the individual credits toward an associate degree in applied science through the Community college of the Air Force.

Oprandy Taking More Training VILLAS — Airman Tficia A. Oprandy. daughter of Frank Opran dy Jr. of Dumont, and Caroline Zmir'ak of 110 Cedardale Ave. here, is remaining at Lakeland Air Force Base, Tex. after completing Air Force basic training. The airman will 'now receive specialized training in the medical field. She is a 1982 graduate of Lower Cape May Regional High School.
Band To Hold Pasta Fete COURT HOUSE - The award-winning Panther Marching Band of Middle Township High School will sponsor a spaghetti dinner in the United Methodist Memorial Hall 5-7 p.m. Fri day, Feb. 11. Tickets are available from the Band students or may be purchased at the door the night of the dinner. Take-out service is also available.
