Thursday morning Roth’s was still undefeated as they beat Vance’s 15-'9, 15-7 and 15-4 Kiwanis Casale’s Top Loops CAPE MAY — In peewee basketball the week ending Jan. 29, Cape May Kiwanis took the Atlas Motor Inn to the hoops ih a game that had spectators sitting on the edge of their seats during the first half, but then Kiwanis broke away behind powerful Matt McGaffnry to take the game 30-18. Casale’s and Model Cleaners met on the court in a game that saw Casale’s take an early lead and hold on for a 9-4 victory. Kevin Freeman and Al Crowther were two of the hottest playing for Casales. SCOTT RIDGEWAY tallied 34 points for Cape May Kiwanis in midget basketball to assist in its 60- 27 victory over Atlas Motor Inn. John Hinker totaled 12 for Kiwanis. Brendan Connefa and Alex Jones played well for Atlas. Casale s and Model Cleaners midgets played an exciting game of hoops. Casale’s won the game 61- 28 behind David Dills and Steve Walker.
