Income Tax Aid

RIO GRANDE - Income tax time is nearing, and again this year, free assistance is available to county residents in preparing their returns. The service is offered for everyone with an income under $50,000. It is provided by the U S. Internal Service through the VITA Volunteer Tax Program. Mr. and Mrs Walter Berryman again are coordinating the efforts of the volunteer tax counselors, who are trained by the IRS PRINCIPAL location is the conference room at the Social Service Building here. Aid with tax forms will he available 9-11:30
