Caren Gross New

ERMA — Caren Gross has joined the Cape May County Private Industry Council as principal planner. PIC, headed by Nan Mavromates of North Wildwood, has a $1.7-million budget and ex pects to service 350 persons weeking jobs in fiscal 1983. Mrs. Mavromates. who was director of PIC, now is PIC-CETA administrator. The agency is going through reorganization as PIC replaces the Comprehensive Employment

and Training Act (CETA). Former CETA director Patricia Robertson is now PIC fiscal officer Ms. Gross’ principal planner position is a new one, created because the county this year is its own prime sponsor instead of being linked to four other counties. Born in Morgantown, W. Va., and educated in Cincinnatti, Ohio, Ms. Gross, 29, has a BA in fine arts from Wilmington, Ohio, College, and an MBA from Monmouth College in West

It has 30 contracts. Mrs. Mavromates said, and will be starting a class of eight people for the Group W Cable Co. of Wildwood on March 7.
