HIGH SCHOOL senior Carol McFadden, also an Assembly Committee member, takes a special interest in the MADD presen tation as she is involved in a teenage support group called Alatecn She noted that Alatecn is a group len ding support to teenagers who have alcoholic parents In planning the MADD presentation. Dotti said that this group often work ed with" SADD, or Students Against Drunk Driving SADD has the same motive and can sometimes be more effective in dealing with teenage alcoholism, as their peers are involved
The Assembly Committee members have publieiz ed the presentation through all media forms and hung posters in area businesses, including offshore bars
