WJIS Gives Pippin’ WILDWOOD - Wildwood High School's production of the musical comedy Pippin opens at 8 tonight, in the high school auditorium and will run through Saturday. March 19. . Set in the Middle Ages during Charlemagne's reign, the play stretches history by making light of a serious subject Young Pippin, played by senior Jim Gloria, is an idealist who is trying w to find himself" by searching for fulfillment. MARIE IACONANGELO. director at the High School for the past 10 years, promises the play to be quite different but one that will appeal to all ages. "We have relied on no mechanical tricks," says Ms. laconahgelo, "but we will have plenty of ex citing special effects."
