COURT HOUSE — The lore of Cape May County and the flavor and aroma of its cooking can be savored in Seashore Seasonings”, a new cookbook prepared.by the Auxiliary of Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. Under Chairman Peggy Borkland's direction, members of the Auxiliary have reached out to gourmet cooks throughout the county to bring together 300 recipes for every occasion.
The name was proposed by Mandy Hassofd of Devon, Pa. in a contest to name the cookbook conducted late last year. Profits from the sale of the book will support the auxiliary’s continuing efforts to contribute funds to the hospital. The book will be available throughout the county after an introductory tea at the hospital next month.
