The Cape Express Golden Flyer (under 10) traveled to Hamilton, and went up against that town's Division 5 team, only to return home with its third straight win. Last Friday Ann Murray, of 210 West Davis Avenue. Wildwood, was presented with a long overdue award for outstanding achieve menl. Provided by Wildwood Bowl, she was provided an engraved wall clock On March 7. 1980. Ann Murray, bowling in the Fri day Morning Early Bird League, came within one pm of the Bowl's first perfect game by getting a 299 in the third game of a 656 series As spectacular as this was, few people at that time would have believed her score would remain as the Wildwood Bowl record for nearly three years, until the first 300 was bowled last November, Ann's score, although no longer the house record, still stands as the women's high game at Wildwood Bowl In addition, her score is still the women s high game in the tri-county area

CAPE MAY — In the first game of the Midget playoffs powerful Casale's went against an outmanned Atlas and run away with the victory 59-27 Rob Lun dholm (18 points) and Rocky Walker (12 points) led the way for Casales. while Alex Jones poured in 22 points for Atlas to lead all scorers.
