CAPE MAY - Ugly Mug downed Gloria’s Saloon 2 .games to 1 in coed volleyball March 30. In the second match the Shire took all three games from the City of Cape May In the final match Shelter Skelter notched two wins to Marine National Bank's one. In competition April 16, Ugly Mug, paired with the Playmates, ran away with the match 3 games to 0. Game one featured Bill Abadcc's sets to his spikers as the Mug downed the Playmates 15-5. The Ugly Mug won the second game by the same score, 15-5, behind the spikes of Marlene Mediuch. Joanne Decasato saved many points for the Playmates. Game three was another win for the Mug 15-7 behind the fine all-around play of Roy Hartle. THE SECOND MATCH featured Gloria s Saloon against Shelter Skelter with Gloria's shutting out Shelter Skelter 3 games to 0 Game one, won by Glorias 15^, set the tone for what was to be in store for Shelter Skelter. Ed McKinley played well for Gloria's. Ix>u Ginsberg provided, Shelter Skelter with some excellent serves. In game two (15-9), Gloria's continued its winning ways behind the excellent overall play of .Shelley Ridgeway. Dan Hughs showed much improve ment for Skelter. In game one Rio Grande jumped out to a big lead behind the serving of Pete Kakoyannis and never looked back, downing the City 15-5.
