Walking To Help March
The March of Dimes is having a walkathon for Cape May County residents Saturday. April 23. in the Wildwoods All across the country on a single weekend people walk to raise money for the March of Dimes The money raised will be used in the fight against
birth defects which effect 250,000 babies each year Congressman William Hughes. Cape May County Walk Chairman, will kick off the walk promptly at 9 am STUDENTS FROM the 6th grade up and adults will ask people to sponsor them for every kilometer they
walk The walk is 30 kilometers, or approx imately 17 miles The walk will start and finish at the Information Bureau at Schellonger Ave on the boardwalk in Wildwood The route will go into North Wildwood and Wildwood ('rest The. pbhee departments from these

Mr. Eorl Ostrander... •Where have you been prior to this election, concerning city problems & issues? • Why weren't you involved in any of the issues facing Wildwood over the past few years? • How many city commission meetings have you attended over the years? •Did you ever publicly come out for or against anything involving Wildwood? •Hove you ever gone to the commissioners with a suggestion? •Where were you during the Beach Fee battles? • Where were you during the battle against advance water billing? •Have you etfer done abything for the city of Wildwood that you haven't been paid to do? • Why did you not see fit to support the city's charter change, the very issue that brought Wildwood to this election in which you ore seeking office? •Mr Ostrander, you chastised the voters of Wildwood for not voting in elections, why then didn't you vote in any primary or general election for three straight years? 1977, 1978 and 1979 and. . • In other cities of similar size and larger. Since your present income from Convention Hall is $26,000 plus expenses and vehicles, how will you compensate for the more than $16,000 loss of income?
