COURT HOUSE - County Democratic Leader James lannone and Upper Township Democratic Club Vice President Georgette Shirley will seek the Democratic nomination for county freeholder. The seats up for grabs in November are currently held by Republicans Ralph Evans and William E Sturm Jr lannone. of Sea Isle City, was defeated in his 19B2 freeholder bid by James Kilpatrick Out of 34.000 ballots cast, the Democrat lost by 1,530 votes. In announcing his candidacy. lannone stated that the issues and problems facing the county during his l!»82 freeholder bid still exist. He said he has seen no significant efforts from the present board to cor reel the problems -RISING TAXES, unemployment, the MU A. health care, education, and a strong economic develop men! policy are still major concerns that should tie addressed quickly and with the greatest care," he said "l hope to bring a new voice to Cape May County government, a voice that will express the needs and concerns oI all our residents, and one that will
