AVALON — Mary Grace Keen, vice president of the borough council and a council member since adoption of that form in 1979, is seeking re-election in, the municipal election next Tuesday, May 10 Progress Under the council form was cited by the candidate, including a cen* tral purchasing system, inventory control, safety measures for employees, the recycling program, and upgrading of the communication system. She was active in the campaign to elect William J Hughes to Congress
