NEW JERSEY BELL says 21 million interstate calls will be made this Mother's Day. That will include 3.2 million calls to and from New Jersey and 679.000 overseas calls. Bell reports that holiday conversations last an average of 10 to 15 minutes, compared to 5-minute business calls.
