CAPE MAY — Frances Johnson, of Allendale will exhibit her impressionistic watercolors of Oriental scenes at the County Art League, 1050 Washington St., throughout June. Summer Palace and the Forbidden City in the Peking area, and also the mountainous region of Kweilin in Southern China. THERE WILL also be scenes of Hong Kong and of Japan, where Mrs. Johnson had lived during her four years of residence in Asia. In the collection will be views of Chinese junks, busy market streets and temples, and landscapes with rocky coasts, marshes and birds. Johnson, a native of West Virginia, is a graduate of Hollins College in Virginia, with a B.A. in Studio Art, and she has studied at the Art Students' League in New York with Yasuo Kuniyoshi. She has taught water color painting in the New Jersey area, as well as in Tokyo. Japan and in

Hong Kong.
