Fatal Crash Driver Will Face Charges
COURT HOUSE - Middle Township police were preparing Monday to charge a Green Creek teenager in connection with an early morning car crash that. ended the life of a young Court House man Saturday. “He will be charged with careless driving and hazardous tire conditions,’’ Patrolman Timothy Moore said of the juvenile, who the investigator declined to identify other than to say that the teenager was the driver of the car that careened into trees off South Dennis Road around 2:10 a m.
