Signups Set For ‘Tee’ Ball
VILLAS - There will be signups for the Lower Township "Tee” Ball League on Saturday, June 4. Noon to 4 p.m., at the Recreation Center on Bayshore Road. The league is open to boys and girls from 6 to 9 who are residents cf Lower Township. They must be 6 years of age before May I of this year. Anyone signing up for this league must bring a birth certificate or other proof of age. Those who played last year you must signup again this year. The league will not start until July.

Kevin Sherman was the star of the game, however, with a defensive gem in the fifth inning as he threw outa runner at the plate from deep left field to end the inning and preserve the win. Rec Program For Summer
CAPE MAY - The city's summer recreation programs will begin Monday, June 13. Registration will be held 8:30 a m.-4:30 p.m June 6-10 at Convention Hall. Ongoing activities include: Monday — adult night, Elementary School pool and gym. 7-9 p.m.; Tuesday — teen night.
