Community Bible School
COURT HOUSE - The Community Daily Vacation Bible School will be held this year June 27-July 1. Children ages 3 through those going into the 2nd Grade in the Fall will be taught in the Methodist Church while the Third Grade and up will be taught in the Baptist Church. Post Salute On Flag Day CAPE MAY - Harry Snyder Post 193, American Legion, will participate in a Flag Day observance Tuesday. June 14. as part of a Nationwide “Pause for the Pledge" of Allegiance program. The observance of this national salute slated for Flag Day, will be held at the American Legion Post Home, 405 Congress St., at 7 p.m. to coincide with the national program scheduled to take place at historic Fort McHenry. Commander John T. Dollinger hopes that the local post’s participation in this observance can create a warm feeling 6f loyalty and patriotism in Cape May by having the American legion and other organizations take an active part Dollinger also urges all citizens to display the American Flag in their homes and place of business
