Concerts Begin Tues.
CAPE MAY - The First Presbyterian Church announces the start of its summer concert series, ‘Music-Meditation" with vocalist Marilyn Thomas Bernard appearing July 5 at 4 p m in the church, Decatur and Hughes streets.
Bernard received her MFA from Tulane Univer sity She studied voice with Phyllis Curtin at the Berkshire Music Festival at Tanglewood in Lenox, Mass., on a scholarship and further studied with teachers and coaches in New Orleans. She has
taught music in various capacities, and is now teaching music in New Orleans She is soloist with the New Orleans Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra and is featured soloist in the or chestra's Summer Festival series.
