TRENTON - A bill sponsored by Sen James Hurley, R-Cumberland Cape May, that permits another method for disposing of hypodermic needles and syringes so health care workers are protected from accidentally becoming infected with diseases while handling these items has passed the Senate "Many diseases, such as hepatitis and AIDS can be spread by contaminated needles This legislation would insure that health care workers are protected from that kind of exposure to disease." Hurley said

Scholarships wood, who will attend Rutgers College in September, and Laurie Molson, of West Cape May, who plans to attend Howard University in Washington, D C. We wish them well.
