New SJRT Chairman

SOMERS FT. - South Jersey Regional Theatre Board of Directors recently elected Nancy E. Paulsen Askins chairman of the board. She replaces Walter J. Murphy, who held the position for two terms. Under Murphy, the board achieved greater awareness of the theatre board locally through increased membership and statewide with greater recognition from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts. ' It was during Murphy's term that SJRT signed a letter of agreement with Actors’ Equity Association, becoming the only yearround professional theatre in South Jersey. PAULSEN-ASKINS is the training director and assistant vice-president of Collective Federal Savings and Loan Assoc. Listed in Marquis' Who's Who of American Women, she is currently serving as the charter treasurer for the South Jersey Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.
