CAPE MAY - The Mid Atlantic Center for the Arts will present its third annual lawn party featuring the Old Vic Auction Sa.urday. This event wil. begin at 3:30 p.m. on the grounds of the Physick Estate, 1048 Washington St, with a preview of articles to be auctioned. Croquet and hoop rolling will commence at 4 p.m. and the bar-hc-que dinner will be available at 5 p.m . followed by the Old Vic Auction at 6:30 p.m. Since a large tent is used, the event will be held rain or shine. A cash bar will be available from 4 p m. on; an antique quHt will be raffled; and for a small donation to MAC, small antique articles brought in by their owners will be appraised Admittance to the ground is free. Prior reservations for dinner are requested by calling MAC. 884-5404.
