Cape Biases Begin Express Service

A daily commuter express bus service between points in Cape May County and the casino employees’ parking lot in the median of the Atlantic City Expressway has been started by New Jersey Transit. The Route 102 express bus operates between Cape May, Wildwood and Atlantic City, offering access for county residents, casino employees, campers and other vacationers The bus uses the Garden State Parkway from Court House, with stops at Seaville, Holiday House Park and Ride and Exit 25 Park and Ride outside Ocean City. DEPARTURES daily from Ocean and Washington Sts., Cape May, begin at 7:10 a.m. This trip also operates by way of West Cape May, North Cape May, Bennetts Crossing and Rio Grande All trips operate via North Wildwood to Court House, then to the Parkway Other departure times from Cape May are: 9:30 a m . 4:05 p.m , 4:25 p.m., 8:45 p.m./and 9:10 p.m There are four trips returning to Wildwood and Cape May from the Atlantic City Terminal: 8:20 and 9 30 a m , 6:20 and 8 p.m Cape May passengers must change buses at Wildwood Terminal IN ADDITION, a 24-hour ^service between Atlantic City and Ocean City, which began July 4, will be operated on an experimental basis through Labor Day. Promoted MARMORA - Timothy J. McCoy, son of Ernest S and Emmajane McCoy of 605 Keats Ave., has been promoted in the U.S. Air Force to the rank of first lieutenant. McCoy is an electronic warfare office! at Carswell Air Force Base, Texas, with the 9th Bombardment Squadron. He is a 1979 graduate of Stockton State College

The late night service will be operated by the Atlantic City Transporta tion Co., with New Jersey Transit supplying buses and additional funding. TRENTON - Clifford W. Snedeker, director of the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles, announced recently that a hotline number has been installed to enable motorists to determine the waiting times at lines at all New Jersey Inspection Stations. The toll free number is (800) 225-0503. "By calling this number, motorists can shop around for the lowest waiting time in their area, now that we have ended the Odd/Even Inspection System," Snedeker said
