TRENTON - "Future drivers had better start practicing the difficult art of parallel parking,” says Clifford W. Snedeker, Director of the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles. Beginning Sept. 1, parallel parking will once again be part of the road test that all hopeful future drivers must pass to secure a New Jersey driver
license.
