NORTH CAPE MAY - Nearly $2.2 million will be spent by the Delaware River and Bay Authority next year for improvementa to the Cape May-Lewes Ferry terminals on both sides of the bay, the authority commissioners decided last week. Docking facilities were recently overhauled for the four-ferry fleet at its landing off Lincoln Boulevard. The passenger facilities are now due for Improvements, William J.

Miller Jr, authority director, said Friday. The existing terminal will either be expanded to enlarge waiting rooms, office and concession areas or a new terminal will be built.
