CAPE MAY - Local health and welfare agencies not currently members of the Combined Federal Campaign have until next Wednesday. Sept. 7. to apply. Inquiries should go to campaign chairman Lt. Stephen T. Delikat at the US Coast Guard Group. Phone 884-8451, extension 368. Delikat said the Combined Federal Campaign includes the United Way, National Health Agency, National Services Agency and International Services Agency It solicits contributions from 1,525 ifederal employes in the county, Delikat said. It exceeded its 1982 goal of $40,000 by about $4,000, he said. The employes are with the Coast Guard, post offices, national Guard, FHA, and National Marine Fisheries, according to Delikat.
