places in the sun in the Freckle Contest at the 96th New Jersey State Fair, which is being held for the second consecutive year at the Six Flags Great Adventure family theme park. CONTESTANTS will be judged in two age categories«3 to 6 years and 7 to 12. Male and female winners will be chosen for having the most freckles and the cutest freckles. Prizes will be awarded to all eight winners. CAPE MAY - A busy weekend of activities has been planned for the Labor Day holiday period. Among events planned are: Friday, Sept. 2 and Saturday, Sept. 3, music and dancing featuring Al Raymond Orchestra, Convention Hall, 8:30-11 p.m. Free admission; Sunday, Sept. 4, Harrowgate String Band Concert to benefit Cape May Rescue Squad. Convention Hall, 9 p.m. Admission charged. Monday, Sept. 5, Menei Antique Show, Convention Hall, 10 a m.-10 p.m., admission free.
