Friends all send their good wishes. • • • It’s Tuesday, Sept, 13, when the Hallahan Alumnae S. E. Jersey Chapter will meet at the Victorian Towers, Cape May. Time is 1 p.m. In June this diligent group presented the Philadelphia school with a check for $1,000 to be used for tuition for a needy young girl. Plans will also be discussed for fund raising events for the coming year. Alumnae visitors to Cape May are welcome to attend this get-together.
IT’S SEPTEMBER, and everything .is in motion again. Meetings are being resumed, and all are working towards making the coming Fall season one of delight. It’s also the time for parties, parties, and more parties. Most of all, there’s the sumptuous Victorian Candlelight Dinner on Saturday, Sept, 17, right in the Physick mansion formal dining-room. Space is limited, so if you’re one of the lucky 20, wow! Then there’s the Victorian Weekend coming up over the Columbus Day long weekend. So many special events have been planned: Victorian Fashion Show, Cocktail Party, and even a Victorian Dinner Dance at the Colonial Hotel. Oh, there’s the Cape May Seafood Festival too, Sept.
