the display will feature the lifestyles of Dutch settlers, whalers, fishermen and farmers and finally the development of seaside resorts in the 19th century. The exhibit will be on loan for four weeks to the Wetlands Institute from the New Jersey State Museum in Trenton, and is co-spon-sored by the New Jersey Historical Commission. A large tent in front of the Institute s cedar shake building Sat. will feature environmental exhibits by The Nature Conservancy, N.J. Raptor Association. Atlantic Audubon Society, New Jersey Department of Environmental Education. Cape/Atlantic Soil Conservation District, N.J. Dept - of Fish. Game & Wildlife. Burdette Tomlin Auxiliary. Cape May Marlin and Tuna Club and Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom television program. An information desk and book corner will also be under the big top.

SAVE THE TURTLES — Tom McFarland, 39. of Waynesbdro, Pa. will be exhibiting these hatching turtles at the Maritime and Wildlife Art Show at the Stone Harbor Public School during the Wings *n Water Festival. Each one is individually sculpted, kilnfired in clay and painted by hand so they can be saved forever McFarland recently gave up an 18-year teaching career to pursue his craft fulltime.
