COURT HOUSE - The Panther Marching Band of Middle Township High School, placed first in the marching band division of the 106th New Jersey State Annual Firemen's Conven Uon parade held in Wildwood. Saturday, Sept 17. The Panther Band retained its title as the High School Band Champions for

Fall Rec. Schedule

CAPE MAY - The Fall Recreation Schedule com- . menced this week. Included in the fall schedule is a rape prevention seminar conducted by Sung Woo, who has compiled 27 years experience in. assault . defense and who recently has written a book on rape prevention that will be used in the two-week course. Sung Woo, along with Ken Farrell, will also help instruct Karate, which will be offered on Sunday 6:3&-8:30 p.m. Ballroom Dancing (Sunday 7:30 -10 p.m.) and Square Dancing (Monday 8-10p.m.) will be taught by James Sharpley and David Platt respectively. Sharpley has taught dance for over 20 years and' has been associated with Arthur Murry Dance Studios. GYMNASTICS will be taught by Miss Joeie Rally, who instructed gymnastics on the collegiate level. The course will be divided into' three classes, Toddlers (Saturday 11:15-12:15 p.m.) Gymnastics for 11 years and under (9-10 a.m. 1 Saturday) and Gymnastics for 12 to 18 (12:15-1:15 p.m. Saturday) Lifesaving (Sunday 6-9 p.m.) and Adult Learn to Swim (Monday 6-7 p.m.) "will be instructed by Sam Hall, who is a qualified water safety instructor.
