Capt. Rooney' At Texas Base CAPE MAY — Capt. Steven J. Rooney, son of James P. and Anne K. Rooney of 24 First Ave., has graduated from the U.S. Air Force medical service officers orientation course at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. Graduates of the course are instructed in the profess ional a ird administrative procedures of the Air Force. Rooney will now serve at Homestead Air Force Base, Fla His wife, Gail, is the daughter of Paul J: and Betty J. Queeney of Baltimore. The captain received a master’s degree in 1979 from Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia.
