Cape May CAPE MAY - Frankens tein’s monster, Dracula. Wolfman and the rest of the "gang" are bound to $«e on parade Sunday, Oct. 30th. A joint effort including the city of Cape May. The Chamber of Commerce and the Mid-Atlantic Center For The Arts (MAC) will feature a Halloween
Slates Parade, Dungeon
parade, costume judging with prizes, a party and the annual MAC "Deadly Dungeon ” Plans call for the parade, open to Cape May area children ages 1-11 years., to organize at the bandstand in Jotary park at 2 p.m. arfir to step-off at‘3 on a route that will take ghosts
and gobblins through the mall area and then down Washington Street, to the Physick Estate where a party and costume judging will take place between 4:30-5:30. At 5 the "DeadiyDungeon" will reopen at Center Offers
7:30 p.m. with tours of the chamber of horrors for the "older” youngsters. Tours of the Dungeon will enqclude at 9:30. Admission for all to the Dungeon will bell. Volunteers to help with the parade or party are welcome. For further information, contact the Dept of Civic Affairs at 884-8411.

Wild Food Workshop
MIDDLE TWP. - The Wetlands Institute will pre sent a workshop on wild. foods at 9:30 a m. Oct. 15 Dr. Helen Ross Russell of the American Nature Study Society will discuss and demonstrate the methods of gathering and preparing wild foods. Participants should bring in paring knive and will join Dr Ross

This week’s menu o! meals served by the Cape May County Nutritional Project For the Elderly Next week’s menu: Oct. 17: Veal patty with brown gravy, cream style corn, turnip greens, chocolate chip cookie, canned sliced peaches. Oct. 18: Baked pork choplet, vegetable beef soup, sweet potatoes, apple crisp. Oct. 19: Roast beef with gravy, baked potato, peas, orange. Oct. 20: Creamed chicken, buttered rice, chopped spinach, tapioca pudding, oatmeal cookie. Oct. 21: Oven baked battered fish fillet, V-8 juice, pickled beet with onions, zucchini squash, doughnut. Meals are served with margarine, milk, coffee, or tea, with whole wheat bread except Wednesday, Oct. 19, when dinner rolls will be included.
Dance Qasses WILDWOOD - The Recreation Center will be offering dance classes again this fall for both children and adults. Registrations are now being taken for the following classes: Adult beginners tap for men and women (technique and routine); ladies combination dance class (tap, Jwllet. jazz) for keeping in shape through dancing; children’s pre-school (ages 4-6) dance movement and personality singing; children's straight tap class; children's combination class (tap, ballet, jazz).
