Expo Showcases Gas Conservation

ATLANTIC CITY — South Jersey Gas Co., as part of its efforts to promote the conservation of natural gas, showcased high efficiency natural gas heating and water beating equipment for 600 heating contractors, plumbers, builders, architects and engineers from the seven county service area South Jersey Gas. ■ The exhibition, at Resorts International Hotel and Casino, brought 40 manufacturers of state-of-i the-art high efficiency natural gas heating and water heating systems together to display new technology energy saving systems for small and large users This energy exposition is the most recent activity of

the company to foster the theme conservation. South Jersey Gas has always emphasized conservation of natural gas in order for its customers to get the most value from each energy dollar spent. AS PART of its conservation plan. South Jersey Gas Co., is providing rebates of up to $400 to cuslom ers who convert or replace their present heating systems with 80 percent-plus high efficiency gas furnaces or boilers, hnd additional cash rebates of up to $35 are available with the purchase of high efficiency gas water heaters. v Special 9 per cent financing for high efficiency gas heating equipment through participating heating contractors and plumbers has
