ATLANTIC CITY - Upper Township Clerk Barbara Camp was honored by the Municipal Clerks Association of New Jersey at the State League of Municipalities Conference today at Caesar's Boardwalk Regency Hotel. The honor is for receiving the Registered Municipal Clerks’ Certification. In addition to being honored. Mrs. Camp received a special pin. The award was presented by Dorothy Carlson, chairperson of the Education Committee of the State Municipal Clerks' Association.
