Houses Sought For Tour

CAPE MAY — Homes especially decorated for ibe Christmas holidays are being sought by the MidAtlantic Center for the Arts for its 10th annual Christjnas Candlelight House Tour Friday, Dec 30. This special house tour annually features homes from every vintage, not just Victorian; the emphasis is on Christmas decorations. The Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts would like to hear from those who would like to have their houses considered for the tour to show off their holiday finery. The tour will last from 6 to 10 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 30. MAC WILL provide volunteers to heln hn*t visitors through thdliouM. In addition, homeowners will be invited to a special post-tour party to meet each other and socialize. For more information on opening your home for this special tour, contact chairman Joan Wells at 884-8702 or the MAC office at 884-5404. Proceeds from this, as well as other MAC events, go towards the on-going restoration of the Physick Estate and the cultural and artistic programs sponsored by MAC for the community of Cape May.

Nov. 29: Veal parmigiano w/ Mozzarella cheese tomato sauce, buttered noodles, green salad w/ creamy Italian dressing, orange. Nov. 30: Beef vegetable soup, baked pork choplet, sweet potatoes, apple crisp. Dec. 1: Frankfurter (2), baked beans, chopped spinach, Bartlett pear, blueberry muffin. Dec. 2: V-8 juice, ovenbaked batter-dipped fish filet, pickled beets/onion, peas, doughnut. Each meal is served with bread, margarine, and beverage. Snacks to be delivered to the home-bound with mobile meals are: Nov. 28: Ham sandwich, Bartlett pear, milk. Nov. 29: Chicken salad sandwich, apple, milk. Nov. 30: Peanut butter/jelly sandwich, banana, milk. Dec. 1: Egg salad sandwich, fruit cocktail, milk. Dec. 2: Roast beef sandwhich, orange, milk.
