IN ANNOUNCING Home Care Week in the county, Mrs. M. Ann Magee said: “Home Care is a proud calling. It has been going on for over 100 years in this country. Andrea Rigazio, Lori Schellinger, Tommy Hughes, and Chuck McKay, all of Consolidated School. Crest Wants Views on Pier
WILDWOOD CREST - The borough planning board is contemplating the future of the Crest Pier. The board is seeking input from all interested parties regarding the adequacy of the present facility. The Wildwood Crest Pier is an aging structure. Many feel it should be torn down and replaced by a new facility, which could be more economically heated and would not be a fire hazard. If the borough tears down the pier, the borough needs to know what services the new structure should offer. Some citizens feel that Crest Pier is adequate, has historic value and should not be razed. Anyone having ideas should write to Dr. Robert Furey, 308 East Orchid Road, or Arthur Hall, 6610 Atlantic Avenue.
